On the ground floor is the large eat-in kitchen which allows 16 people. There is a dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove including a wok burner and a double hot air oven. The transparent glass gas fire provides an atmospheric partition and also a view into the living room. The high ceilings in the living room further accentuate the round shape of the tower. Delightful relaxing sofas, armchairs and a private entrance to the garden platform complete the luxurious living area. Lì troverai anche la spiaggia balneabile ("Badstrand"), la spiaggia sabbiosa più meridionale dei Paesi Bassi, dove puoi quasi toccare le navi oceaniche di passaggio. Anche il centro commerciale, il cinema e molti ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.Zeeland offre una varietà di belle città commerciali in cui edifici monumentali determinano la scena della strada. Oltre allo shopping, è meraviglioso sedersi su una terrazza con uno spuntino e un drink.

Ervaar het prachtige uitzicht in het originele watervat met aan alle zijden ramen én in de uitkijktoren op 36 meter hoogte. Kijk zo ver je kunt uit over de stad. Accommodatie Op de begane grond is de ruime woonkeuken waar u met maximaal 16 personen kunt plaatsnemen. Er is een vaatwasser, 5-pits gasstel inclusief een wokbrander en een dubbele heteluchtoven. Een transparante glazen gashaard zorgt voor een sfeervolle afscheiding en tevens doorkijk naar de woonkamer. De hoge plafonds in de living accentueren de ronde vorm van de toren nog meer. Heerlijke relaxbanken, fauteuils en een eigen toegang tot het bordes naar de tuin maken de luxueuze living compleet. De eerste etage is een halve verdieping met een speelse (kinder)kamer met 4 bedstedes (200 x 80 cm) een speelgoedkist en een eigen badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Op de tweede tot en met de vierde verdieping zijn in totaal 6 grote tweepersoonskamers. Er zijn hier 2 luxe badkamers met inloopdouche, ligbad, badkamermeubel en toilet. In een van de badkamers vindt u zelfs een comfortabele sauna. Vanaf de vierde etage kunt u met een mooie wenteltrap de ruimte onder het watervat bereiken. Vanuit daar komt u in het immense watervat. Pas dan ervaart u echt hoeveel water er ooit in het vat is opgeslagen: 300.000 liter. Aan alle zijdes zijn ramen, met vrij uitzicht over de omgeving, de stad en zelfs al een stukje zee. Klim nog verder naar boven voor de vergaderruimte voor 12 personen en als sluitstuk: op 36 meter hoogte een unieke uitkijktoren. In de haast industriële kelder is een volledig ingerichte speelruimte met onder andere Photo play, Pacman en biljart. Ook kunt u gebruik maken van de wasmachine en droger die hier staan. Rondom de watertoren is een riante tuin (ca. 800 m2 perceel) inclusief een groot terras met volop zon en privacy. Voor de kinderen is er een trampoline. Ook vindt u er een grote loungebank, tafels en stoelen, parasol en BBQ. Er zijn 5 parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein en een oplaadpunt voor elektrische en hybride auto’s. Omgeving
De Vlissingse Boulevard ligt op een steenworp afstand en is te voet in slechts een paar minuten bereikbaar. Daar vindt u ook het badstrand, het zuidelijkste zandstrand van Nederland waar u de voorbijtrekkende zeeschepen haast kun aanraken. Zo dicht varen deze langs de kust. Ook het winkelhart, bioscoop en de vele restaurants liggen op loopafstand.Zeeland biedt een keur aan leuke winkelstadjes waar monumentale panden het straatbeeld bepalen. Naast winkelen is het heerlijk om met een hapje en drankje op een terras te zitten.
Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere en Goes zijn de moeite waard.Er is volop ruimte om je uit te leven: heerlijk met de kinderen in het zand spelen, schelpen of haaientanden zoeken, watersporten, loungen en genieten in de zon, eindeloos uitwaaien met je hoofd in de wind, zwemmen in zee of zelfs een muziekfestival bezoeken… Je kunt de Zeeuwse kust ook per kajak verkennen of verder het water op met een motor- of zeilboot. On the ground floor is the large eat-in kitchen which allows 16 people. There is a dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove including a wok burner and a double hot air oven. The transparent glass gas fire provides an atmospheric partition and also a view into the living room. The high ceilings in the living room further accentuate the round shape of the tower. Delightful relaxing sofas, armchairs and a private entrance to the garden platform complete the luxurious living area.
