Modern holiday home with spacious terrace area located in a quiet residential area of the popular seaside resort. Living and sleeping areas offer plenty of space for a large family or small group, especially pleasant are the bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and a bedroom on the upper floor, which has its own balcony. On the small garden plot you can sunbathe and relax wonderfully or enjoy a game of table tennis. On cooler evenings, a cosy fireplace beckons in the bright living room. In just a few minutes you can walk to the main beach of the pretty seaside resort, which stretches over 2.5 km. You can have fun rock climbing and collecting shells at Les Vallées beach, which is a little further away. For golf fans, this holiday home is the right choice, as the golf course of Le Val André, considered one of the most beautiful courses in all of France, is just a short kilometre away!
Nearby activities: The long seafront promenade of the seaside resort offers a beautiful view of picturesque beach villas from the early 20th century towards the land and a magnificent view over the water and passing sailing or fishing boats towards the sea. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fish, Breton vegetables and regional specialities at the colourful weekly market. Souvenir shops, restaurants and crêperies offer snacks and variety. A golf course, tennis court and horse-riding arena, as well as the water sports or thalassotherapy centre, the indoor swimming pool or the bicycle rental service, provide for sporting activities during your holiday. In high season, free shuttle buses run to the beaches. Around Pleneuf-Val-André there are numerous seaside resorts with a wide range of leisure activities, lively harbour towns and many small, typically Breton towns to visit, such as Lamballe, Moncontour or medieval Dinan. We recommend excursions along the coast to the impressive Cap Frehel and the magnificent Samaragd coast as well as to the corsair town of St. Malo, the oyster harbour of Cancale or the charming little seaside resort of Dinard.
