A very pleasant holiday home at a convenient distance to Tylösand's beautiful, white sandy beaches. You live in part of a larger house with your own entrance and your own patio. Enjoy both breakfast and dinner in the lovely punch veranda. A quality accommodation with a great sense of well-being. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a spacious sofa group and large TV as well as a work and library area. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. The kitchen is tastefully decorated and well equipped with a dining area. From the kitchen you come to a lovely glazed punch veranda. Here you enjoy both your morning coffee and slightly chilly evenings. On this floor there is also a laundry room. Upstairs is the bedroom, which has a double bed and two single beds. A real finesse is a TV that can be lifted up by the headboard. There is free wifi. There is also a workplace with a computer screen here. From the living room you come out to a paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue. The plot is divided towards the owner's part with a newly planted hedge. The owner can lend three adult bikes and one junior bike. There is also a "smart car" available for loan. The home is not rented out to youth groups. A short walk or bike ride takes you through cottage areas down to a fantastic beach. Fairly close is a shopping center and also Tylösand's large range of entertainment around the Tylöhus hotel and all the summer restaurants. Halmstad really has something for everyone. The children absolutely must not miss the adventure land or the bus factory. Those who love nature and walking can take a walk on Prins Bertil's path along the sea. If the sea is not heated, there are outdoor pools for both adults and children at "Brottet". For those interested in fishing, both the sea and the Nissan, which flows through the town, offer fine fishing. A fishing license is required in Nissan. The golf city of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surrounding area. The closest is Ringenäs' fine golf club.
