Cala Millor is in itself a beautiful residential area which offers a great variety of nearby sandy beaches and coves, the nearest one just 550 metres away. In Son Servera, about 2 km from the property, you can visit the historical centre and come to know some traditional Mallorcan restaurants. Those who love golf find the course not far away. If you feel like something extraordinary, you cannot miss the Caves of Drach in Portocristo or the Caves of Hams. Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Interior

Your are going to find cosy corners outside like the great chlorine pool where you can cool off when it is hot. It is fenced for children security and it sizes 6 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. You can bask in the sun or relax under the parasol on any of the 4 sun loungers by the pool, while reading an interesting book or listening to some music. There also is an outdoors shower available in case you want to refresh out the pool. There are several covered terraces that invite to enjoy an appetiser or delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house is divided into 2 floors. From pool terrace you access a great living-dining room with satellite TV channels, wood stove, large windows with pool views and also clear views to the kitchen. This is very spacious and equipped with gas and ceramic top, oven and all utensils and appliances to create new recipes. There is a toilet and a shower bathroom on this main floor, and another bathroom with a bath and a shower upstairs. The bedrooms are all located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and exit to the balcony although one has a ceiling fan and a closet and the other comes with a walk-in closet and AC. The third bedroom offers a trundle bed, AC and a ceiling fan, and the last bedroom comes with two twin beds, en-suite shower bathroom, wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. In order to complete the house equipment, you will find two radiators. A cot and high chair are available free of charge, but if you are travelling with more babies, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an extra fee. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available at the laundry room.
