Beautiful stoned house with private pool and wonderful views of the countryside, where 6 guests will enjoy the peace of the lovely village of Moscari.

This wonderful house has a peculiarity and this is, that as it is located only 300 metres from the centre of the village, it is characterised the the peace of the countryside but, at the same time, you won't be isolated and will have all services within reach. The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared for, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres. The pool is the place not only to swim but also to sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers or read a book under the thatched sunshade with a fully paradisaical style. Lovers of grilled meats and vegetables find their place at the great exterior barbecue together with a covered area to have lunch all together. In front of the house, there is a second rustic-styled table also available.

Interior

The accommodation has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living room very cosy in order to relax while watching satellite TV on one of the sofas or armchairs. A huge traditional kitchen features a ceramic hob. There is also a shower bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Upstairs you will find a third bedroom with two twin beds and access to a terrace as well as a bathtub bathroom. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe and room for a cot and a high chair as well as a fan. The is a laundry room with an ironing board, an iron and a washing machine.

Surroundings

Moscari is a little village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is ideal to come to know the traditions of the locals and for hiking and nature lovers, because it is a good starting point for biking and hiking excursions. After a long morning tour, we recommend you stop and have lunch at the restaurant Sa Plaça. If you feel like going to the beach, the nearest beach is Port de Pollensa, with crystalline waters. But we also invite you to discover other beaches and coves in the area.
