Cala d’Or is tourist destination par excellence in the South of Mallorca. It not only offers all services for an independent stay like restaurants, supermarkets, shops,... but it also features a great vacation environment to spend an unforgettable holiday. The nearest beach is that of Cala Egos, a little sandy beach with turquoise waters which delights all visitors. This area is plenty of wonderful beaches that you must visit like Cala d’Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... You can also visit the interior nearest villages like Felanitx or Campos and learn about the local traditions. Finally, if you want to practice golf, the nearest course is only 8.5 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. The shared pool is always open. There is exterior parking for 1 car. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A/C is free of charge from 9 p.m. till 7 a.m. and from 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. If you need air conditioning the whole day, it has an additional cost. Interior

After a busy or a beach day, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared pool that is available for the guests of our house. It is a chlorine pool sizing 7 x 7 metres and with a 1.40 metres depth. There is also a children pool sizing 3.5 x 3.5 metres and with a 0.40 metres depth. The house itself features a private garden where our guests can sunbathe on one of the sunbed, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue that you will enjoy at the beautiful furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other chalets in this quiet residential. This 2 storey house features 130 m2. When you enter the ground floor you find a great room shared by the living and the dining room and the kitchen. It is equipped with sofas to watch satellite TV (only German channels) while refreshing with the AC. The dining area features a table for 9 people and its separated from the kitchen bu a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook during your vacation: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house. When it’s time to go to bed, the house offers 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and it counts with a double bed, a closet and air-conditioning. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The first one with two twin beds, the second one with a bunk bed, the third one with two twin beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms come with a closet and air conditioning and some of them have access to the balcony or terrace. A bathtub bathroom is available on this floor. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair can be provided on request.
