Long term rental apartment in the centre of Torrox, just before the main square with sea & town views. 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, large well equipped kitchen and a beautiful spacious lounge dining room. Located on the first floor, as you enter there is a long hallway, turning right, the first room we meet is a large bedroom with a double bed which has windows onto the interior patio, the next door is the entrance to the interior patio, where there is a washing machine. After the patio we have another double bed room with windows onto the patio. To the left of this bedroom we have the smaller bedroom, with a single bed, which has a window facing North, going back along the passageway, opposite the patio there is a full bathroom, with a bath tub. The kitchen is to the left after the main entrance hall with an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, plenty of cupboards and work surface, there is also a larder on the back wall. At the end of the kitchen French doors lead you onto a Juliet balcony facing East with wonderful views and affording plenty of light and air. The lounge-dining room faces the same way as the kitchen and again it has French windows and wonderful East facing views, over the park, the town, over fields, hills and to the sea. The rental is paid monthly up front, plus water and electricity (no gas in this one). It sleeps a maximum of 5. The owner does not allow pets. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Apartamento en alquiler para larga temporada en el centro de Torrox, justo antes de la plaza principal con vistas al mar y al pueblo. 3 amplios dormitorios, baño, gran cocina bien equipada y un bonito y espacioso salón comedor. Situado en la primera planta, al entrar hay un largo pasillo, girando a la derecha, la primera habitación que encontramos es un amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio el cual tiene ventanas al patio interior, la siguiente puerta es la entrada al patio interior, donde hay una lavadora. Después del patio tenemos otra habitación con cama de matrimonio y ventanas al patio. A la izquierda de este dormitorio tenemos el dormitorio más pequeño, con una cama individual, que tiene una ventana orientada al Norte. Al retroceder por el pasillo, frente al patio hay un baño completo, con bañera. La cocina está a la izquierda después del vestíbulo principal con horno, vitrocerámica, campana extractora, frigorífico-congelador, muchos armarios y encimera, también hay una despensa en la pared trasera. Al final de la cocina, las puertas francesas conducen a un balcón estilo Julieta orientado al este con maravillosas vistas y mucha luz y aire. El salón-comedor da al mismo lado que la cocina y nuevamente tiene ventanas francesas y maravillosas vistas orientadas al este, al parque, al pueblo, a los campos, colinas y al mar. El alquiler se paga mensualmente por adelantado, más agua y luz (en este no hay gas). Tiene capacidad para un máximo de 5 personas. El propietario no admite mascotas.
