The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with soft planes, typical dry stone walls, housing over 30 olive trees, aloe plants, fruit trees, and aromatic plants.
Access to the house is from the large and panoramic terrace with open sea view spanning from the village of Tellaro to Portovenere and the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto, where an outdoor dining area is set up. On the ground floor, there is the living area consisting of a living room, kitchen, and patio.
On the upper floor, reachable both by internal and external stairs, there is the sleeping area divided into a double bedroom with stunning sea view and terrace, a smaller bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with shower.

Inoltre, dalla casa scendendo lungo il sentiero si raggiungono il borgo di Tellaro e le spiagge sempre in circa 10 minuti.
La casa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino a piane morbide, con tipici muretti a secco, in cui ci sono oltre 30 piante di ulivo, aloe, piante da frutto e piante aromatiche.
L'accesso alla casa avviene dalla grande e panoramica terrazza con vista mare aperta dal borgo di Tellaro, a Portovenere e alle isole Palmaria, Tino e Tinetto in cui è allestita una zona pranzo esterna. Al piano terra è posta la zona giorno composta da soggiorno, cucina abitabile e patio.
Al piano superiore, raggiungibile sia con scala interna che esterna è posta la zona notte suddivisa in camera da letto matrimoniale con stupenda vista mare e terrazza, cameretta e bagno finestrato con doccia.
Posta al piano della zona notte, con accesso dalla terrazza, è posta una comoda zona lavanderia.
Il giardino e le numerose terrazze che circondano la casa creano zone incantevoli nelle quali rilassarsi, pranzare all'ombra del grande ombrellone oppure godersi la magia di un tramonto con vista sul Golfo dei Poeti.
