House of 90 m² built with a 10 m² terrace, views of the sea and the port of Maó. It is a vorera hut-type property on the outskirts of the centre of Maó and a short distance from the heart of the city with all its amenities. The house was built in 1956 and renovated in 2000, distributed on a single floor facing southeast. A stone staircase leads to the terrace with beautiful views of a beach with a pier and the entrance to the port of Maó.
