This house that “hides” among the centuries-old trees, is located on an extensive plot of land and extends almost entirely towards the interior of the property. It is a house designed by a renowned architect who influenced modernist architecture in Portugal. The house is located higher than street level, and is spread over three floors, two of which are above garden level. On the ground floor we are welcomed by a large hall where a “designer” staircase is designed and leads us to the upper floor. This structural piece is also a decorative element from which we can contemplate an extensive living area with a fireplace with a superb glass ceiling, which makes us project towards the garden, giving us an enormous feeling of space and interaction with nature. On this floor there are other social areas such as the dining room, an office, the pantry and the kitchen. Following the inviting route taken by the stairs to the upper floor, we are surprised by a balcony with an interior path that offers us a panoramic view of the garden and lower floor. In this private area of the house, there are two bedrooms with a complete sanitary installation, lined with elegant marble and sanitary ware designed by the author of the project, as well as a suite with a terrace facing the other side and with the same finishes, including the wardrobe cabinets that have the same signature. “Architect from the Escola Superior de Belas-Artes do Porto, Viana de Lima greatly contributed to the development of modernist architecture in Portugal. He signed numerous architecture and urban planning projects and, in 1961, he obtained, at the FCG's «II Exhibition of Plastic Arts», the Grand Prize for Architecture and the Gold Medal of the City of Porto.” Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Esta casa que se “esconde” entre los árboles centenarios, se ubica en un extenso terreno y se extiende casi en su totalidad hacia el interior de la propiedad. Es una casa diseñada por un reconocido arquitecto que influyó en la arquitectura modernista de Portugal. La casa está situada a mayor altura que el nivel de la calle y se distribuye en tres plantas, dos de las cuales están por encima del nivel del jardín. En la planta baja nos recibe un gran recibidor donde se diseña una escalera “de diseño” que nos conduce a la planta superior. Esta pieza estructural es también un elemento decorativo desde el que podemos contemplar una amplia zona de estar con chimenea con un magnífico techo de cristal, que nos hace proyectarnos hacia el jardín, dándonos una enorme sensación de espacio e interacción con la naturaleza. En esta planta se encuentran otras áreas sociales como el comedor, una oficina, la despensa y la cocina. Siguiendo el acogedor recorrido de las escaleras hasta el piso superior, nos sorprende un balcón con un recorrido interior que nos ofrece una vista panorámica del jardín y del piso inferior.
