A delightful renovated stone house in the O Rosal region of Pontevedra is located within a short distance of Portugal, with beautiful beaches and charming villages. The property features a lovely small garden which is easy to maintain. Previously a historic stone barn which the current owners converted into an interesting house maintaining some original features. Once inside the property, we access a small cobblestone path that leads to the garden area and the entrance to the house. There are peaceful outside spaces to enjoy with friends and family in the garden, and there is a large terrace area for outdoor dining. There is a vegetable garden with beds and automatic irrigation. Una encantadora casa de piedra renovada en la región de O Rosal, en Pontevedra, se encuentra a poca distancia de Portugal, con bonito/a playas y pueblos con encanto. Anteriormente un histórico granero de piedra que los actuales propietarios convirtieron en una interesante casa manteniendo algunas características originales. Una vez dentro de la vivienda, accedemos a un pequeño camino empedrado que nos lleva a la zona ajardinada y a la entrada de la casa. Hay espacios exteriores tranquilos para disfrutar con amigos y familiares en el jardín, y hay una gran zona de terraza para comer al aire libre. Hay un huerto con parterres y riego automático. Todo está orientado al sur. Entrando a la casa a través de una gran puerta de madera de estilo gallego, tenemos una cocina de diseño abierto con encimeras de porcelana de ladrillo y azulejos de pared de colores. Hay una bonito/a mampostería y grandes vigas de madera. Hay un baño y un trastero debajo de la escalera. Desde la cocina, las puertas originales del granero se abren a la salón/ área de estudio que da a la terraza.
