The apartment has an area of 75 m2, with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen in American style, a balcony, and a terrace. There is also a solarium with beautiful views of the garden and the sea. The house has everything necessary for living and relaxing: household appliances, furniture, tableware, bed linen, and towels. Individual air conditioning and television are available. The complex is closed, calm, with a guarded territory, relaxation area, and a communal free swimming pool. Accommodation option - up to 7 people. Pets are allowed upon request! The complex is located 15 minutes from the sea and the popular clean beach of La Mata with promenades and parks. A 10-15 minute walk along the sea leads to a pine park with shady cool avenues, sandy dunes, and waterfalls. Nearby there are many restaurants, a large Mercadona supermarket within 10 minutes, and a shopping center. Many cozy cafes and bars are located along the coast. There is a city bus stop near the house.Rental cost depends on the season and is as follows per week:595 (85 per night) euros in low season,770 (110 per night) in medium season, and1120 (160 per night) in high season.- Cleaning fee of 155 euros, paid once upon check-in.- Deposit of 400 euros, which is refunded if the property is left undamaged.
