2 Bedroom Cottage ten Minutes from Ansiao in Central Portugal This two-bedroom cottage is in a beautiful and quiet location yet not isolated as other properties nearby. The river Nabao runs along the bottom of the property boundary, although it is dry through the summer months. Ansiao is the nearest big town which is just ten minutes away. You enter the property's garden through double gates from a tarmacked road. The garden is large, flat, and suitable for lawns and flower beds. You can enter the house directly from a balcony that goes around two sides. You can choose to enter either the kitchen or the lounge, so entering the lounge, there is a full bathroom to the right. Continuing, you come to the fully fitted kitchen with a log burner. The kitchen leads out onto an outside covered area accessible by the balcony. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. You exit the kitchen directly into a small hallway that can access the house from the balcony. Some may choose to use this as the front door. From this hallway, we find two double bedrooms. There is also extra space with good head height in the attic which has been insulated and could be converted to extra bedrooms giving you a larger living area on the ground floor. Outside there is a storage room with an old log fire which was probably used as an outside kitchen at some point, this room is directly off the covered seating area. There was recently a fire in the neighboring olive grove, some damage was done to the BBQ area. Cabana de 2 quartos a dez minutos de Ansiao no centro de PortugalEste chale de dois quartos encontra-se num local bonito e sossegado. O rio Nabao atravessa a propriedade, embora esteja seco durante os meses de Verao.Ansiao e a grande cidade mais proxima, que fica a apenas dez minutos de distancia.Entra-se no jardim da propriedade atraves de portões duplos a partir de uma estrada alcatroada. O jardim e grande, plano e adequado para relvados e canteiros de flores.Pode entrar na casa directamente de uma varanda que da a volta por dois lados.Pode optar por entrar tanto na cozinha como na sala de estar, pelo que ao entrar na sala de estar, ha uma casa de banho completa a direita. Continuando, chega-se a cozinha totalmente equipada com um queimador de toros. A cozinha conduz para uma area exterior coberta acessivel pela varanda. Ha tambem uma mesa de jantar na cozinha.Sai-se da cozinha directamente para um pequeno corredor que pode aceder a casa a partir da varanda. Alguns podem optar por utiliza-la como porta da frente.A partir deste corredor, encontramos dois quartos duplos.No exterior existe uma arrecadacao com uma antiga lareira de madeira e foi provavelmente utilizada como cozinha exterior em algum momento, esta sala esta directamente fora da area coberta.
