Located on the city's main avenue, overlooking the sea, at Av. Luísa Todi nº 98.
Total private gross area is 1612 m2, with 4 floors,
Total land area 716m2,
The building's footprint is 564m2,
Garden area is 152m2.
It has 36 divisions and 11 building books.
The building is used for Housing, Commerce, Services, Warehouse and Industrial Activity.
This Palace was built in the 17th century. XVI, during the reign of D. João III, and served as General headquarters for Generals Solano and Kellerman when in 1807 Spanish and French troops occupied this area, in the so-called French Invasion.
However, in the middle of the same year 1807, when Setúbal was recovered from foreign invaders, General José Lopes de Sousa, at the head of the national and restorative troops, also reestablished his General headquarters in this Palace.
In 1850 it was inhabited by Carlos de Almeida Carvalho, while he was researching the ruins of Troia, as a Member of the Lusitanian Archaeological Society.
The price per m2 is below 700, nothing compared to the average price in the historic area of the city, in similar conditions.
Some parts of the building are 5.80 meters high and can add an intermediate floor.
Given that the building is a Palace with history, and next to Rio, it becomes an interesting project to restore, as it is between the beaches of Troia and Lisbon and less than 50km away.
