Tiled patio in front of the lounge and kitchen, with a sliding door between the lounge and patio. Heating is supplied by a wood pellet burning stove in the lounge, which supplies heat to the rest of the house. This is the cheapest form of heating available (< 200 € per annum). Centralized vacuum-cleaning system (Cyclovac) in the house, making it very convenient to vacuum-clean the entire house. Alarm system, to protect both the inside and outside of the house and garages, connected to the Securitas head office. In case of an alarm being set off, the Securitas staff immediately notify the owner or nearby neighbors – failing that, the local police is notified.
