This spacious, detached villa is located in the natural environment of holiday park Resort De Wiltzangh. It is located on the edge of Dwingelerveld National Park. The small-scale centre of Ruinen is 2.5 km away and the city of Hoogeveen is about 15 km away. The villa covers three floors. In the basement, you will find a fitness room with sauna and shower. Darts and billiards are also available. An ideal space to spend time together. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice decorative fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also one bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the first floor, you will find four more bedrooms with single box-spring beds and/or bunk beds, as well as a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The single beds may or may not be set up as a double bed. Outside, you will find a garden with terrace and garden furniture, as well as a nice hot tub for you to relax. There is parking for eight cars at the villa. At Holiday Park Resort De Wiltzangh, aarious chalets, lodges, stugas and villas can be booked for four to eighteen people. Verder beschikt u er over een dartboard en een biljart. Een ideale ruimte om met z'n allen tijd door te brengen. Op de begane grond is er een woonkamer met smart- TV en een gezellige sfeerhaard. De open keuken is onder andere voorzien van een afwasmachine en een combimagnetron. Verder is er één slaapkamer met twee 1-pers. boxspringbedden en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Op de eerste etage treft u er nog vier slaapkamers met 1-pers. boxspringbedden en/of stapelbedden en tevens is er de tweede badkamer met douche en toilet. De 1-pers. bedden staan al dan niet in een 2-pers. opstelling. Buiten vindt u er een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair en er is een fijne hottub waar u lekker kunt relaxen.
