Two beautiful luxury, design holiday homes just 2 minutes from the beach.Villa Mastlo consists of two holiday villas. At the front you will find the IJsvogel (A) and at the rear Hopper (B). These semi-detached holiday villas are located on the Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp, which is only a few minutes' walk from the dunes and the North Sea beach. These two semi-detached luxury holiday homes are suitable for up to 20 guests, but can also be used separately as a 10-person (plus 1 cot) villa. Together, the villas have eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, two separate living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. If you want to have a nice meal together? Both villas have an 8-seater dining table, where you can dine together and board games have also been thought of. You will also lack for nothing outside. If you come with more cars, you can park them along the Oud Nieuwlandseweg. The parking lot is equipped with one NewMotion charging station. Here you can charge your electric car for a fee using a charge card. You may have to share the charging station with tenants of the other house. Do not park your car in the access road because of emergency services (you risk a fine). Villa Mastlo Ouddorp currently has two jacuzzis, one jacuzzi per garden. If you have booked villa A + B combined, the jacuzzi will be filled in the garden of villa B for an additional fee. The villa is located between other houses, so it is not allowed to play music in the garden or cause other noise nuisance. Villa Mastlo Ouddorp has one concrete barbecue with metal grid per garden. You can use it for free. You must purchase charcoal yourself. We ask you to be very careful with open fire. After use, you must leave the barbecue clean. Gezamenlijk tellen de villa’s acht slaapkamers, vier badkamers, twee aparte woonkamers en twee compleet uitgeruste keukens. Indien u met zijn allen gezellig samen wilt eten? Beide villa’s beschikken over een 8-persoons eettafel, waaraan u gezamenlijk kunt dineren en ook aan bordspellen is gedacht. Ook buiten zal het u aan niks ontbreken. De ruime tuin (kunstgras) is rustig gelegen, heeft een gezellig terras met tuinsets en voor de kleintjes zijn er twee trampolines. Er is dus voor een ieder wat wils, waardoor u heerlijk kunt genieten van een ontspannen vakantie. Beide vakantiehuizen bevinden zich in een rustige straat, vlakbij de natuur. Vanuit de vakantievilla loop je vrijwel meteen het voetpad richting de duinen en het strand op. Hier kunt u heerlijk tot rust komen, vliegeren met uw kinderen, een lange strandwandeling maken of genieten van een etentje of drankje bij een van de strandtenten. Houdt u van unieke natuurgebieden? Dan zijn de typisch Ouddorpse schurvelingen een bezoekje waard. Ook het centrum van Ouddorp ligt vlakbij de vakantiehuizen. Hier kunt u via een laadpas tegen betaling uw elektrische auto opladen. Mogelijk dient u de laadpaal te delen met huurders van het andere huis. Indien u villa A+B gecombineerd heeft geboekt wordt de jacuzzi tegen bijbetaling (extra kosten voor gebruik 65 euro per dag) gevuld in de tuin van villa B. De villa ligt tussen andere woningen dus het is niet toegestaan om in de tuin muziek te draaien of andere geluidsoverlast gevende overlast te veroorzaken. Villa Mastlo Ouddorp beschikt per tuin over één betonnen barbecue met metalen rooster. U kunt deze kosteloos gebruiken. Houtskool dient u zelf aan te schaffen.
