Villa Torreone it’s a stately home of the past renovated and enlarged several times during the years. The oldest part is dated back to the 18th century. Entirely fenced, the property access is from the entrance gate after a few meters of the white road. The exteriors are equipped with a dining area, charcoal barbecue, fenced swimming pool equipped with deck chairs, shower, solarium, dining room and outdoor kitchen, relax or reading areas to better enjoy the different daily atmospheres. The design of the garden is particular, arranged on different levels, spread over the characteristic hilly "terraces" of the Cortona area, an intriguing "up and down" of differently equipped areas. A private chapel with regular authorization to carry out civil ceremonies completes the exterior area. The interiors are surely the strength point of the villa, they are characterized by antique-style furnishings with fine furniture, antique objects and large spaces which are designed for Guests comfort and privacy. The villa is arranged on 2 floors, the living area entirely occupies the ground floor while the first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area. Entering from the main door you will find the kitchen-dining area on the right, a study and living rooms on the left and the sleeping area on the upper floor. The kitchen is very large and super-equipped with a working fireplace, a breakfast table and direct access to the garden. The dining room can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. In the other wing of the villa you will find a study with the exposition of the property's private wine collection, the first living room with direct entrance from the garden, 2 sofas and central game table, the second living room with sofas and TV with direct exit to the pool-area . The sleeping area is on the first floor where there is a bathroom only for services and one master bedroom with private study and en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Interior Description Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Villa Torreone è una residenza signorile del passato ristrutturata ed ampliata in più occasioni nel corso del tempo. La parte più antica risale al XVIII secolo. E’ situata a poca distanza dal centro storico di Cortona e gode di una vista dominante sulla Valdichiana e sulla collina della città stessa. Interamente recintata si accede alla proprietà dal cancello d’ingresso dopo aver percorso poche decine di metri di strada bianca. Parcheggio interno privati presente. La villa è all'interno di un giardino disposto su differenti livelli che si sviluppa sui caratteristici “terrazzi” collinari tipici del territorio cortonese, creando un intrigante “sali-scendi” di aree diversamente attrezzate dedicate al relax degli ospiti . Nella parte anteriore alla struttura avrete a disposizione una bella e panoramica zona relax, sotto alla quale si trova invece l'area pranzo completa di tavolo e barbecue a carbone. Nella parte laterale della struttura troviamo invece un terrazzamento di grande charme ed eleganza dove si sviluppa l'area della piscina provvista di solarium, doccia e sdraio. Adiacente all'area piscina troviamo un ulteriore spazio dove trova collocazione una piccola e particolare cappella privata con regolare autorizzazione allo svolgimento di cerimonie civili. Tutti gli esterni di Villa Torreone offrono ai propri ospiti delle vedute incredibili sul panorama circostante e dei tramonti indimenticabili immersi nei colori e nei profumi della Toscana. La posizione della villa la rende il luogo ideale per andare alla scoperta delle più belle località umbre e toscane, tutte bene connesse e raggiungibili con escursioni giornaliere. Servizi. Villa Torreone presenta degli interni arredati in stile classico impreziositi da pavimenti in ceramica e mobili di pregio. La villa è ricca di oggetti di antiquariato di grande impatto e di bellissimi quadri e lampadari di incredibile fattura. La struttura è disposta su due piani, la zona giorno occupa interamente il piano terra mentre il primo piano è dedicato alla zona notte. Tutti gli spazi sono ampi e confortevoli, pensati appositamente per garantire la privacy degli ospiti. Villa Torreone può ospitare fino ad 8 persone. Entrando dal portone principale vi troverete nell’ingresso, vero crocevia per l’utilizzo della villa, a destra del quale si trova la zona pranzo e la cucina, molto ampia e completamente equipaggiata, provvista anche di camino funzionante, tavolo per la colazione ed accesso diretto dal giardino. La sala da pranzo può accogliere comodamente fino a 8 ospiti. Nell’ala a sinistra dell'ingresso troverete uno studio con a vista la collezione privata di vino della proprietà, un primo soggiorno con ingresso diretto dal giardino, divani e tavolo da gioco centrale ed il secondo soggiorno, uno spettacolare ed ampio spazio completo con divani e TV con uscita diretta nella zona piscina. Completa il piano terra (solo pochi scalini di accesso) un bagno solo con servizi. Salendo le scale che conducono al primo piano arriviamo alla zona notte composta da una camera matrimoniale con bagno adiacente e locale lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, una seconda camera matrimoniale con studio privato e bagno en suite e due ulteriori camere matrimoniali anch'esse con bagno en suite.
