In the fjord area north of Oddesund and with a short distance to Serup Strand and the Limfjord, this cottage is on private land of 3000 m2. From the ground there is a view to the water and beyond the fields. The cottage is in original condition with simple decor, with a new kitchen from 2019 and a newly renovated small bathroom with shower. There are three bedrooms with electric heating and a large open kitchen-dining room with dining area and sofa for relaxation. There is a smart TV and wood burning stove for 6 mm wood pellets. We point out that guests must bring wood pellets for this. Around the house there is a wooden terrace made in 2021, with both covered and open outdoor living options, as well as a campfire site. The cottage owner's wilderness bath stands on the plot and is not included in the rent. Not for rent to youth groups. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Unweit des Limfjordes liegt etwas nördlich von Oddesund und nicht weit vom Strandufer bei Serup Strand dieses ältere Ferienhaus, das auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück mit etwa 3.000 m2 Fläche steht. Von dort hat man einen kleinen Ausblick über die Felder und bis zum Wasser. Das traditionelle Ferienhaus befindet sich im originalen Zustand und ist einfach eingerichtet. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung stammt aus dem Jahre 2019, zudem gibt es kleines, renoviertes Bad im Haus. Außerdem stehen drei Schlafzimmer mit Elektro-Heizung sowie ein offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke sowie Pelletofen (6 mm Pellets sind ggf. mitzubringen) und Smart-TV bereit. Im Außenbereich findet man die 2021 neu gestaltete Holzterrasse mit teils überdachter Fläche sowie eine kleine Feuerstelle auf dem weitläufigen Rasengrundstück. Bitte beachten: Der auf dem Grundstück aufgestellte Badezuber ist nicht Teil des Mietumfangs und daher nicht nutzbar! Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! Domek jest w oryginalnym stanie z prostym wystrojem, z nową kuchnią z 2019 roku i świeżo wyremontowaną małą łazienką z prysznicem. Do dyspozycji są trzy sypialnie z ogrzewaniem elektrycznym oraz duża otwarta kuchnia-jadalnia z jadalnią i sofą do wypoczynku. Jest smart TV i piec opalany drewnem na pelety drzewne 6 mm.
