A really cozy holiday home in a very good location in a small cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with convenient distance to the fine sandy beach and Hökafältet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. The plot is leafy, fenced and has several nice patios. The cottage has a kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A living room with modern TV and chromecast and a wood burning stove. From here there is access to a comfortable glazed conservatory with a large dining table.
