Holiday home at the end of the road with a view of a beautifully protected area and a short walk to the water at Kongsmark Strand. There are two beds in each of the house's four rooms. One bathroom is with access from the master bedroom. Living room and kitchen / living room are out in one and with high ceilings and large windows, from which the beautiful view can be enjoyed. Partly covered terrace with garden table, chair and possibility to grill. The house is a short walk to the water and approx. 3 km to Stillinge Beach with supermarket, ice houses, restaurants and wide child-friendly sandy beach. Note. The house is from July 2021, the lawn must therefore not be walked on until October. Not for rent to youth groups. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Ferienhaus am Ende der Straße, mit Ausblick zu einer wunderschön naturbelassenene Fläche und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wasser am Kongsmark Strand. In jedem der vier Schlafzimmer des Hauses stehen zwei Schlafplätze bereit. Eines der beiden Bäder ist nur vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Wohnzimmer und Küche/Wohnzimmer in einem, mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern, durch die man die schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Auf dem Grundstück teilweise überdachte Terrasse mit Gartentisch, Stuhl und Grillmöglichkeit. Das Haus liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Wasser entfernt und ca. 3 km von Stillinge Strand mit Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Restaurants und breitem, kinderfreundlichem Sandstrand. Hinweis. Bitte beachten: Da das Haus erst ab Juli 2021 bezugsfertig ist, ist die ringsum angelegte Rasenfläche noch mit Rücksicht zu betreten. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! Casa de vacaciones al final de la calle con vista a una hermosa área protegida y un corto paseo hasta el agua en Kongsmark Strand. Hay dos camas en cada una de las cuatro habitaciones de la casa. Un baño tiene acceso desde el dormitorio principal. La sala de estar y la cocina / sala de estar están en uno y con techos altos y grandes ventanales, desde donde se puede disfrutar de la hermosa vista. Terraza parcialmente cubierta con mesa de jardín, silla y posibilidad de parrilla. La casa está a un corto paseo del agua y aprox. A 3 km de la playa de Stillinge con supermercado, casas de hielo, restaurantes y una amplia playa de arena para niños. Nota. La casa es de julio de 2021, por lo que no se debe caminar sobre el césped hasta octubre. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Dom wakacyjny na końcu drogi z widokiem na pięknie chroniony obszar i krótki spacer do wody przy Kongsmark Strand. W każdym z czterech pokoi domu znajdują się dwa łóżka. Jedna łazienka jest dostępna z głównej sypialni. Salon i kuchnia / pokój dzienny są w jednym, z wysokimi sufitami i dużymi oknami, z których można podziwiać piękny widok.
