Cottage in Värmland with wonderful views of Lake Fryken. The house, which is located above the lake, has a wonderfully spacious garden that invites you to linger outside for wonderful barbecue evenings and outdoor activities. A rowing boat with oars is available to borrow for those who want to take a trip on Fryken. Inside, the house is decorated in old style. You are welcomed into the kitchen through the house entrance where there is a small kitchen table with chairs, further into the living room there is a dining table with five seats and a sofa corner consisting of a sofa bed and armchairs, here is also TV and the possibility to fire in the stove for high cosiness factor in the cottage . Both from the kitchen and living room you have a view of Fryken and out into the lovely garden where you can taste the seasonal fruits and berries. To the right of the kitchen is the bathroom, in the bathroom there is a shower and toilet, to the toilet there is a shower curtain instead of a door. In the bathroom you can lock the door from the ground floor leading to the kitchen, there is no door between upstairs and bathroom. To get to the upper floor, take a steep staircase that goes from the bathroom and leads up to the second floor. Upstairs there is a double bed a two single beds all in the same room, table and chairs and a stove that you can fire in for a wonderful evening cozy. Parking just outside the cottage. Next to the house node there are nice walking paths to follow along the lake and nice swimming opportunities. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the woods and on the ground. The famous ski resort Ski Sunne, Selma Spa, Sunne Sommarlands water park, Rottneros park is about 30 km from the cottage. Cycling, hiking, fishing, golf, paddling, there is something for everyone. Mårbacka Minnesgård is located about 11, 7 kilometers from the cottage, here Selma Lagerlöf was born and raised. At the mansion you can go on a guided tour or just walk in the garden, where there is also a cozy cafe. Vom Eingang geht es in die Küche mit kleiner Essecke und von dort weiter ins Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für fünf Personen sowie Sitzecke, bestehend aus einer doppelten Schlafcouch und Sesseln sowie gemütlichem Kaminofen. Rechts von der Küche befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Dusche mit Duschvorhang sowie Toilette. Im Badezimmer können Sie nur die Tür zur Küche nebenan abschließen, es gibt keine Tür zwischen Obergeschoss und Badezimmer. Um in die obere Etage zu gelangen, nehmen Sie eine steile Treppe, die vom Badezimmer aus ins Dachgeschoss führt. Dort befinden sich in einem offenen Raum ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, zudem ein Tisch, Stühle und ein Ofen, den Sie an kühleren Abenden gemütlich befeuern können. Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Gleich um die Hausecke findet man schöne Spazierwege am Seeufer entlang sowie gute Bademöglichkeiten.
