Top-class holiday cottage built with the best materials and with modern furnishings. The cottage is on two floors. The house has 16 beds in six bedrooms and an alcove. The lower floor offers 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and whirlpool and sauna area with sun loungers. The first floor has an open kitchen/family room with various activities, e.g. table tennis, darts, game console etc. The activity room has a double extra bed. There is a bio fireplace, please bring your own bioethanol. Two bedrooms are at one end of the house. There is a small terrace overlooking the large plot where there is ample opportunity to play and use the petanque court. The plot is divided by a road to the neighbouring house. No letting to youth groups.

Casa de vacaciones de primera clase, construida con los mejores materiales y con mobiliario moderno y una biochimenea. La cabaña tiene dos plantas, donde la planta baja contiene 4 dormitorios y un baño con ducha. Arriba hay una cocina / sala de estar abierta para conversar con la sala de estar y actividades. En la sala de actividades hay una cama doble. La cabaña tiene una bio chimenea, recuerde traer bioetanol. El técnico lee la electricidad y el agua antes de llenar el jacuzzi de pie. Dos buenos dormitorios se encuentran en un extremo de la casa. Hay una pequeña terraza con vistas a la gran parcela natural, donde hay una gran oportunidad para divertirse y usar la pista de petanca. La parcela está dividida por un camino hacia la casa de al lado. La casa de campo está ubicada en la tranquila pero popular Dråby, donde hay solo un poco más de un km tanto del campo de golf como de la playa y la encantadora ciudad turística de Ebeltoft. Das Haus hat zwei Etagen und insgesamt 16 Schlafplätze. In der unteren Etage liegen vier Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Whirlpool und Saunabereich mit Liegestühlen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein offener Küchen-/Aufenthaltsbereich mit Wohnzimmer und Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. Im Aktivitätsraum steht auch die doppelte Schlafcouch bereit. Der Kamin ist ein Bio-Kamin, für den Sie selbst Bio-Ethanol mitbringen müssen. Der zuständige Servicemann liest den Zählerstand von Strom und Wasser immer ab, bevor er den Standwasserpool neu auffüllt. Eine kleine Terrasse bietet Blick auf das Naturgrundstück, das durch einen Weg vom Nachbargrundstück getrennt wird. Hier können Sie auch eine Partie Boule spielen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem ruhigen, doch beliebten Ferienort Dråby und mit ca. 2 Kilometer zum Golfplatz, Badestrand und der Stadt Ebeltoft. Dieses Ferienhaus ist auch für anspruchsvollere Gäste geeignet, die Wert auf Qualität und Erholung legen. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
Maison de vacances haut de gamme, construite avec les meilleurs matériaux et avec un mobilier moderne et une cheminée bio. Le chalet est sur deux étages, où l'étage inférieur contient 4 chambres et une salle de bain avec douche. A l'étage, il y a une cuisine ouverte / salle familiale avec salon et activités. Dans la salle d'activités il y a un lit double. Le gîte dispose d'une cheminée bio, pensez à vous munir de bio-éthanol. Le technicien lit l'électricité et l'eau avant de remplir le bain à remous vertical. Deux bonnes chambres sont situées à une extrémité de la maison. Il y a une petite terrasse donnant sur le grand terrain naturel, où il y a amplement l'occasion de s'ébattre et d'utiliser le terrain de pétanque. Le terrain est divisé par une route jusqu'à la maison voisine. Le cottage est situé dans le quartier calme mais populaire de Dråby, à seulement un peu plus d'un kilomètre du parcours de golf, de la plage et de la charmante station balnéaire d'Ebeltoft. Le chalet est destiné aux personnes soucieuses de la qualité, qui apprécient beaucoup les vacances et la qualité. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes. Un dépôt remboursable peut être demandé à l’approche de votre date d’arrivée. Ce dépôt couvre la consommation des services publics pendant votre séjour ainsi que les services supplémentaires éventuellement utilisés. Le montant final sera ajusté en fonction des relevés de compteurs réels, de l’utilisation effective des services supplémentaires, et tout solde restant sera remboursé dans un délai de 21 jours après le départ.
Casa vacanza di altissimo livello, costruita con i migliori materiali e con arredi moderni e biocamino. Il casolare si sviluppa su due piani, dove il piano inferiore contiene 4 camere da letto e un bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore c'è una cucina aperta conversazione / family room con soggiorno e attività. Nella sala attività c'è un letto matrimoniale. Il casolare ha un biocamino, ricordatevi di portare il bioetanolo. Il militare legge elettricità e acqua prima di riempire la vasca idromassaggio in piedi. Due buone camere da letto si trovano a un'estremità della casa. C'è una piccola terrazza che si affaccia sul grande appezzamento naturale, dove c'è ampia possibilità di giocare e usare il campo da bocce. La trama è divisa da una strada per la casa accanto. Il cottage si trova nella tranquilla ma popolare Dråby, dove c'è solo poco più di un km sia dal campo da golf, dalla spiaggia e dall'incantevole località turistica di Ebeltoft. Dom wakacyjny najwyższej klasy, zbudowany z najlepszych materiałów, z nowoczesnym wyposażeniem i biokominkiem. Domek jest na dwóch kondygnacjach, gdzie na parterze znajdują się 4 sypialnie i łazienka z prysznicem. Na piętrze otwarta kuchnia/pokój rodzinny z salonem i zajęciami. W sali zajęć znajduje się podwójne łóżko. W domku znajduje się biokominek, pamiętaj o zabraniu bioetanolu. Serwisant odczytuje prąd i wodę przed napełnieniem stojącej wanny z hydromasażem. Dwie dobre sypialnie znajdują się na jednym końcu domu. Jest mały taras z widokiem na dużą naturalną działkę, gdzie jest wiele okazji do zabawy i korzystania z boiska do gry w bule. Działka jest przedzielona drogą prowadzącą do sąsiedniego domu. Domek znajduje się w cichym, ale popularnym Dråby, gdzie jest tylko nieco ponad kilometr od pola golfowego, plaży i uroczego kurortu Ebeltoft.
