One of the last original houses in Hejlsminde, renovated to keep the outdoor looks with modern insulation. Indoors most of the original interiors has been preserved although the house has a modern decor with e.g. a dish washer and a wood-burning stove and heat pump in the living room. The house has a quiet location at the end of a small road with paths to the beach. There is a swing set for the children.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Eines der letzten ursprünglichen Häuser in Hejlsminde wurde hier so renoviert, dass das äußere Aussehen trotz der modernen Isolierung beibehalten wurde. Auch innen hat man versucht den ursprünglichen Stil beizubehalten, obwohl moderne Annehmlichkeiten, wie Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küche oder Holzofen und Wärmepumpe im Wohnraum dazugekommen sind. Boxer TV im Haus, daher kein ARD zur Auswahl. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende eines kleinen Weges, von wo ein Pfad zum Strand und Yachthafen in Hejlsminde führt. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine Schaukel für die jüngsten Gäste.Kurz vor Ihrem Ankunftsdatum kann eine rückzahlbare Kaution erhoben werden. Die Kaution stellt sicher, dass Ihr Aufenthalt reibungslos verläuft, und deckt eventuelle Zusatzleistungen oder Verbrauchskosten ab.Diese Kaution deckt den Verbrauch von Nebenkosten während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie zusätzliche in Anspruch genommene Leistungen ab.Der endgültige Betrag wird anhand der tatsächlichen Zählerstände und Nutzung zusätzlicher Services angepasst. Jeden z ostatnich oryginalnych domów w Hejlsminde, odrestaurowany w taki sposób, aby pomimo nowoczesnej izolacji zachował styl budynku na zewnątrz. Wewnątrz domu zachowało się jak najwięcej oryginału, choć dom jest nowocześnie wyposażony w zmywarkę w kuchni i zarówno piec opalany drewnem, jak i pompę ciepła w salonie. Jest Boxer TV, dlatego ARD nie można kupić. Dom jest spokojnie położony na końcu małej drogi z domkami, gdzie znajduje się ścieżka do plaży i przystani w Hejlsminde.
