Vacation home with 149 m² of living space and a 32 m² outdoor pool on the spacious property. Beautifully secluded, in a quiet and peaceful setting with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Originally built in 1969, the house was extensively renovated in 2006. It has a spacious entrance hall with access to a large bathroom with a bubbling whirlpool and pleasant underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in the house; two of them with a double bed each, the third with a double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed. In addition, there is a spacious, separate annex next door on the property with a double bed and a refrigerator/freezer. The entrance hall in the house also provides access to the open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining and seating area for family life and a wonderful view of the heated pool in the garden. This can only be used from May 1 to September 1. Adjacent to this is the large terrace with seating and a barbecue. Spacious property with a fire pit for campfires, as well as a climbing frame and playhouse for the children. There is also a large double carport where bicycles are available for free use (subject to availability). The drive to the cozy marina with a number of restaurants, cafés, etc. is nearby. No rentals to youth or work groups, please!

Casa de vacaciones con 149 m² de superficie habitable y una piscina exterior de 32 m² en una amplia propiedad. En una ubicación tranquila y apartada, con preciosas vistas a los campos circundantes, la casa fue completamente renovada en 2006. Cuenta con un amplio recibidor con acceso a un amplio baño con jacuzzi y agradable calefacción por suelo radiante. La casa dispone de tres dormitorios: dos con cama de matrimonio cada uno y el tercero con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama doble plegable. Además, junto a la propiedad hay un espacioso anexo independiente con cama de matrimonio y nevera-congelador. El recibidor también da acceso a la cocina-sala de estar de planta abierta con zona de comedor y zona de estar para disfrutar en familia, y ofrece una maravillosa vista a la piscina climatizada del jardín. Esta zona solo está disponible del 1 de mayo al 1 de septiembre. Junto a ella se encuentra la amplia terraza con zona de estar y barbacoa. Amplia propiedad con un lugar para hacer fogatas, además de una estructura de escalada y una casita de juegos para los niños. También hay una amplia cochera doble con bicicletas de uso gratuito (sujeto a disponibilidad). Une spacieuse annexe indépendante, attenante à la propriété, est équipée d'un lit double et d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur. L'entrée donne également accès à la cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, avec coin repas et salon, idéal pour les moments de détente en famille, et offre une vue magnifique sur la piscine chauffée du jardin. Cette dernière est accessible uniquement du 1er mai au 1er septembre. À côté se trouve la grande terrasse avec salon et barbecue. Splendidamente isolata, in un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso con una splendida vista sui campi circostanti. Originariamente costruita nel 1969, la casa è stata ampiamente ristrutturata nel 2006. Dispone di un ampio ingresso con accesso a un ampio bagno con vasca idromassaggio e piacevole riscaldamento a pavimento. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto: due delle quali con letto matrimoniale ciascuna, la terza con letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale estraibile. Inoltre, nella proprietà adiacente si trova una spaziosa dependance separata con letto matrimoniale e frigorifero/congelatore.
