You will find a peaceful tranquility at this beautiful and rustic house which is located with a lovely view of a private lake. The house is part of a larger mansion and has once been an official residence and is beautifully surrounded by large lawns so there is plenty of space for games and outdoor activities. The house offers a spacious living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. In one part of the living room there is a cozy sofa group where you can sit and enjoy the fantastic view down to the lake which is surrounded by a beautiful forest. A beautiful cast iron stove that spreads a lovely warmth is in the house for chilly days or as a cozy factor. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has two separate single beds standing as a double bed. There is the possibility of an extra bed suitable for children. The bathroom is fresh and divided with separate toilet, sink and the other bathroom with a shower and a sink. In the basement with entrance from the outside there is a washing machine that is combined with dryer. In the spacious annex located about 15 meters from the house there are two beds, a cozy cast iron stove and another bathroom. On the terrace that encloses the house facing the lake, there is comfortable outdoor furniture and a large brick barbecue. If you want to take a dip in the lake, there is a small cabin available where you can both change and jump in the lake from the steps. For those interested in fishing, fishing is allowed in the lake when you are a guest at the manor, other lakes require a fishing license. In the immediate area there are wonderful forests for hiking or biking and with the proximity to both Lake Vättern and Lake Vänern there is much to discover. Das Haus ist Teil eines größeren Herrenhauses und diente einst als Unterkunft für das Personal. Es steht auf einer großen Rasenfläche mit viel Platz für Spiele und Aktivitäten im Freien. Innen geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer gut ausgestatteten, offenen Küche. In einem Teil des Wohnzimmers befindet sich eine gemütliche Sofagruppe, auf der Sie sitzen und den fantastischen Seeblick genießen können. Der See ist von einem wunderschönen Waldstück umgeben. Für kühlere Tage oder als Gemütlichkeitsfaktor steht ein alter, gusseiserner Ofen im Haus bereit, der wohlige Wärme verbreiten kann. Außerdem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei getrennten Einzelbetten, die wahlweise als Doppelbett gestellt werden können. Kinderbett auf Anfrage möglich. Das Bad ist hell und modern, mit separater Toilette mit Waschbecken und einem Duschbad nebenan. Im Keller, mit Zugang von außen, befindet sich ein praktischer, kombinierter Waschtrockner. In dem geräumigen Annex nebenan, das sich etwa 15 m vom Haus befindet, stehen zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein gemütlicher, gusseiserner Ofen. Der Annex hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Auf der Terrasse, die das Haus zur Seeseite umschließt, stehen gemütliche Gartenmöbel und ein großer gemauerter Grill. Wenn Sie ein Bad im See nehmen möchten, steht Ihnen eine kleine Hütte zur Verfügung, in der Sie sich umziehen und von deren Stufen aus dann in den See hüpfen können. Für Angler ist das Angeln im See als Gast des Gutshofes erlaubt, für andere Seen benötigen Sie hingegen einen Angelschein. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es wunderbare Wälder zum Wandern oder Radfahren und mit der Nähe zum Vätternsee und zum Vänernsee gibt es viel zu entdecken.
