In the summer idyll Kungshamn and in beautiful Knutsvik, this cozy cottage is located next to the mountain, with lovely lawn and in direct connection to forest with mountains. Ideal for families with children who love to go on a journey of discovery. The cottage has a private patio at the back with several outdoor groups and pergola. A couple of meters outside on the slope there is a lovely outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bar table for common hanging. There is both electricity and running water for cooking both lunch and dinner. On hot summer days there is also an outdoor shower on the plateau above the cottage. Entrance to the cottage directly adjacent to the terrace which has a spacious hall. To the left is one of the bedrooms which has a double bed, 140 cm. There is also a wardrobe for clothes storage and a TV. Next door is the cottage's bathroom which has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Straight ahead is the kitchen, complete with everything needed during the stay and kitchen table for those who are up early and want to grab a sandwich. To the right is the living room at an angle with a large lovely sofa and TV as well as a large dining area for shared meals. There is a single bed 80 cm and in the evenings you can light a cozy fire in the stove or enjoy the crickets playing if the balcony door is open to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with wardrobe and a single bed, 80 cm. High chair and travel cot available. In the basement there is a freezer and washing machine. At the end of the lawn towards the forest edge is the friggeboden which has two single beds, 90 cm. Here it is popular for the older children to sleep and hang out together. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 people + baby in a travel cot. Youth groups can not book the cottage without the guardian's company during the entire stay. Charging of electric car is available as well as space for friends in motorhomes, both through additions on site. There is also a mooring (2x6m) with a small boathouse and fishing gear that can be booked on site, as well as a loading ramp if you bring your own boat. The cart can be accommodated by the cottage's plot. This will be a popular destination that you will long to return to. Welcome! Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, die gerne auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine private Terrasse an der Rückseite mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und einer schützenden Pergola. Ein paar Meter weiter draußen am Hang befindet sich eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill und Stehtisch für gemütliches Beisammensein. Es gibt dort sowohl Strom als auch fließend Wasser zum Kochen von Mittag- und Abendessen. An heißen Sommertagen gibt es zudem eine Außendusche auf dem Plateau oberhalb des Hauses. Eingang zum Ferienhaus direkt neben der Terrasse, von wo aus Sie die geräumige Eingangsdiele betreten. Links befindet sich eines der Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 cm breitem Doppelbett sowie Kleiderschrank und TV. Nebenan liegt das Badezimmer des Hauses mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken und beheiztem Handtuchhalter. Geradeaus geht es zur Küche, komplett mit allem, was für die Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird, und einem kleinen Küchentisch für ein schnelles Frühstück. Auf der rechten Seite geht man ins Wohnzimmer, das über Eck angelegt wurde und sowohl eine Essecke als auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke zur Verfügung stellt. Zudem sind hier ein 80 cm breites Einzelbett und ein Kaminofen untergebracht. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank und einem 80 cm breiten Einzelbett. Hochstuhl und Kinderbett sind ebenfalls im Haus vorhanden. Im Keller sind Gefrierschrank und eine Waschmaschine untergebracht. Am Ende der Wiese Richtung Waldrand befindet sich der Annex mit zwei weiteren Einzelbetten mit je 90 cm Breite.
