This house is located on the peaceful countryside in close proximity to Smögen, Kungshamn, Nordens Ark Zoo, Lysekil and the island of Bohus-Malmön. Outside you'll have a terrace and a large lawn, and there's no noisy traffic in the area. There's a roomy kitchen with a classic wood stove, a living room with two sofa-beds, one for two and one for one person. There's two more single beds in the bedroom. A washing machine and an extra bathroom in the basement. The house is cozy and decorated with historic details. Welcome to Risdal! Charging an electric car is not allowed in this house, the nearest chargingpost is in Kungshamn. Vezi mai mult Vezi mai puțin Nicht weit von den beliebten Reise- und Ausflugszielen Smögen, Kungshamn, Nordens Ark, Bohus-Malmön oder Lysekil findet man in ruhiger Umgebung, auf eine Wiese auf dem Lande, dieses Ferienhaus. Über eine Treppe gelangt man hinauf zum Eingang und weiter in die große Eingangsdiele mit WC nebenan. Außerdem im Parterre geräumige Küche mit altem Holzherd und Kachelofen als Erinnerung an vergangene Zeiten (nicht nutzbar), ein Wohnzimmer mit einer doppelter Schlafcouch und einer für eine Person, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht und funktional gestaltet, dennoch mit einigen nostalgischen Erinnerungsstücken und Verzierungen gespickt und dekoriert. Die Küchenausstattung ist praktisch aber recht einfach. Vom Wohnbereich hat man Zutritt zur Terrasse und weiter zur Rasenfläche davor. Über eine Spindeltreppe gelangt man hinunter in die Kelleretage, in der sich das Bad mit Dusche/WC und Waschmaschine befindet. Hier gibt es zudem einen separaten Eingang von außen und eine Diele mit großer Eckcouch. Erleben Sie Ferien auf dem Lande, in ruhiger Lage ohne Lärm, dafür überwiegend mit Vogelgezwitscher als Hintergrundkulisse. Willkommen in Risdal nahe Amhult! Das Aufladen eines Elektroautos ist in diesem Haus nicht gestattet, die nächste Ladesäule befindet sich in Kungshamn. Amplia cocina abierta con estufa de leña antigua y estufas de azulejos que recuerdan a la antigüedad (incombustible). Salón con sofá cama, uno para dos y otro para una persona. En el interior hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Decoraciones en un bonito estilo antiguo con pintura en el techo del salón. La cocina es fresca, el estándar es simple. En el salón hay una entrada a una pequeña terraza con un gran césped al frente. A través de una escalera de caracol hasta el sótano hay otro aseo con ducha y lavadora. Hay una salida separada en el sótano y aquí también puede sentarse y acurrucarse en el sofá de la esquina. Serán unas vacaciones en un entorno rural, sin caminos tarareantes sino solo pájaros cantando, baños salados y disfrute al máximo. ¡Bienvenido a Risdal cerca de Amhult! L'entrée est à l'étage avec un grand hall et des toilettes. Cuisine ouverte spacieuse avec poêle à bois à l'ancienne et poêles en faïence rappelant l'antiquité (non combustible). Séjour avec un canapé-lit, un pour deux et un pour une personne. A l'intérieur se trouve une chambre avec deux lits simples. Décorations dans un joli style ancien avec peinture au plafond du salon. La cuisine est fraîche, le standard est simple. Dans le salon, il y a une entrée sur une petite terrasse avec une grande pelouse devant. Via un escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au sous-sol, il y a un autre WC avec douche et machine à laver. Il y a une sortie séparée au sous-sol et ici vous pouvez également vous asseoir et vous blottir dans le canapé d'angle.
