Welcome to this newly renovated two-storey villa with an upper floor that has an open floor plan with sea views and large generous areas with access to one of the villa's terrace areas. A wonderful place for the whole family to socialize, add that the area is located in a quiet and pleasant area with nature right in the corner and you have all the conditions for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. From here you also have walking distance on foot and bike paths to nice bathing spots and the summer city city with everything it means such as market shopping, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more.
