In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining area is located on the ground floor. The house has 2 bedrooms with blackout blinds and 2 bathrooms. There is a permanently installed grill on the sun terrace. Please note the minimum rental period of 7 nights in the high season (also applies to Christmas/New Year's Eve). On other public holidays there is a minimum stay of 5 nights. Shorter periods only last minute. In high season there are fixed arrival and departure days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday).
