The former customs house (DHH) is located in East Frisia on the edge of Neßmersiel, outside the holiday home area. The historic house received new wall and floor coverings and WiFi access. It offers enough space for 6 people and a small child on approx. 100m². On the ground floor there is an open living, dining and kitchen area with a fireplace and a fully equipped fitted kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave), as well as a guest toilet. Two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom (with double vanity, shower and washing machine) can be found on the upper floor. The attic serves as another bedroom. From here the wide view extends over the fields to the islands of Norderney and Baltrum. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Two adult and three children's bicycles as well as a child bicycle seat are available to our guests free of charge. You use it at your own risk. Das historische Haus erhielt neue Wand-, Bodenbeläge und einen WLAN Zugang. Es bietet auf ca. 100m² genügend Platz für 6 Personen und ein Kleinkind. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich mit Kaminofen und voll ausgestatteter Einbauküche (inklusive Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle), sowie ein Gäste WC. Zwei Schlafräume und das großzügige Bad (mit Doppelwaschtisch, Dusche und Waschmaschine) sind im Obergeschoss zu finden. Das Dachgeschoss dient als weiterer Schlafraum. Von hier reicht der weite Blick über die Felder bis zu den Inseln Norderney und Baltrum. Alle Schlafräume sind mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Für unsere Gäste stehen zwei Erwachsenen- und drei Kinderfahrräder sowie ein Fahrradkindersitz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Benutzung erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. En la planta baja hay una zona abierta de salón, comedor y cocina con chimenea y una cocina totalmente equipada (incluido lavavajillas y microondas), así como un aseo para invitados. Vanaf hier strekt het weidse uitzicht zich uit over de velden tot aan de eilanden Norderney en Baltrum. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van tweepersoonsbedden. Twee volwassenen- en drie kinderfietsen en een kinderfietszitje staan gratis ter beschikking van onze gasten. U gebruikt het op eigen risico. Dawny urząd celny (DHH) znajduje się we Wschodniej Fryzji, na obrzeżach Neßmersiel, poza terenem domów wakacyjnych. Zabytkowa kamienica otrzymała nowe okładziny ścienne i podłogowe oraz dostęp do WiFi. Oferuje wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 6 osób i małego dziecka na ok. 100m². Na parterze znajduje się otwarta część dzienna, jadalnia i kuchnia z kominkiem oraz w pełni wyposażona kuchnia (m.in. zmywarka i kuchenka mikrofalowa), a także toaleta dla gości. Dwie sypialnie i przestronna łazienka (z podwójną toaletką, prysznicem i pralką) znajdują się na piętrze. Poddasze pełni funkcję kolejnej sypialni. Stąd rozciąga się szeroki widok na pola aż do wysp Norderney i Baltrum. Wszystkie sypialnie wyposażone są w podwójne łóżka. Naszym gościom bezpłatnie udostępniamy dwa rowery dla dorosłych i trzy rowery dziecięce oraz fotelik dziecięcy. Używasz go na własne ryzyko.
