The bright, 65 sqm holiday apartment (non-smoking), furnished with great attention to detail, is located in the attic with a separate entrance. The reading corner with a winter garden atmosphere invites you to take a seat. You are welcome to choose from the existing selection of books. In the living room there is a satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The dimmable ceiling lighting, among other things, creates a cozy atmosphere. However, the existing fireplace (which is no longer allowed to be used due to legal regulations!) creates an atmospheric atmosphere with candlelight. It also has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. In the bedroom, the double bed with adjustable slatted frame (headboard) and comfortable height invites you to dream. On the partially covered balcony you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with a glass of Riesling wine.

Die helle, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, 65 qm große Ferienwohnung (Nichtraucher) befindet sich im Dachgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Die Leseecke mit Wintergartenatmosphäre lädt Sie ein Platz zu nehmen. Gerne können Sie sich aus der vorhandenen Bücherauswahl bedienen. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein SAT-TV, DVD/CD-Player. Für eine behagliche Stimmung sorgt u.a. die dimmbare Deckenbeleuchtung. Der vorhandene Kaminofen (darf aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen werden!) verbreitet aber mit Kerzenlicht eine stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre. Des weiteren verfügt sie über eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Essbereich. Im Schlafzimmer lädt das Doppelbett mit verstellbarem Lattenrost (Kopfteil) und Komforthöhe zum Träumen ein. Auf dem teil überdachten Balkon können sie bei einem Glas Riesling-Wein herrliche Sonnenuntergänge geniessen.
Este luminoso apartamento de vacaciones (para no fumadores) de 65 m², amueblado con gran atención al detalle, se encuentra en el ático con entrada independiente. El rincón de lectura con ambiente de jardín de invierno invita a tomar asiento. Le invitamos a elegir entre la selección de libros existente. En el salón hay TV vía satélite y reproductor de DVD/CD. La iluminación del techo regulable crea, entre otras cosas, una atmósfera acogedora. Sin embargo, la chimenea existente (¡que ya no está permitida por normativa legal!) crea una atmósfera acogedora a la luz de las velas. También tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con zona de comedor. En el dormitorio, la cama doble con somier de láminas ajustable (cabecero) y cómoda altura invita a soñar. En el balcón parcialmente cubierto podrá disfrutar de maravillosas puestas de sol con una copa de vino Riesling.
L'appartement de vacances lumineux de 65 m² (non-fumeur), meublé avec une grande attention aux détails, est situé dans les combles avec une entrée séparée. Le coin lecture à l'ambiance jardin d'hiver vous invite à prendre place. Vous êtes invités à choisir parmi la sélection de livres existante. Dans le salon il y a une télévision par satellite et un lecteur DVD/CD. L'éclairage du plafond à intensité variable crée, entre autres, une atmosphère chaleureuse. Cependant, la cheminée existante (dont l'utilisation n'est plus autorisée en raison des réglementations légales !) crée une atmosphère atmosphérique à la lueur des bougies. Il dispose également d'une cuisine intégrée entièrement équipée avec coin repas. Dans la chambre, le lit double avec sommier à lattes réglables (tête de lit) et hauteur confortable invite à la rêverie. Sur le balcon partiellement couvert, vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil avec un verre de vin Riesling.

L'angolo lettura con l'atmosfera del giardino d'inverno invita a sedersi. Puoi scegliere dalla selezione di libri esistente. Nel soggiorno c'è una TV satellitare e un lettore DVD/CD. L'illuminazione a soffitto regolabile, tra le altre cose, crea un'atmosfera accogliente. Tuttavia, il camino esistente (che non può più essere utilizzato a causa delle norme di legge!) crea un'atmosfera suggestiva a lume di candela. Dispone inoltre di una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo. Nella camera da letto il letto matrimoniale con rete a doghe regolabile (testiera) e altezza comoda invita a sognare. Sul balcone parzialmente coperto si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti con un bicchiere di vino Riesling.

Onder andere de dimbare plafondverlichting zorgt voor een gezellige sfeer. De bestaande open haard (die vanwege wettelijke voorschriften niet meer gebruikt mag worden!) zorgt echter voor een sfeervolle sfeer met kaarslicht. Het heeft ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken met eethoek. In de slaapkamer nodigt het tweepersoonsbed met verstelbare lattenbodem (hoofdeinde) en comfortabele hoogte uit tot dromen.
