Im geräumigen Dachgeschoß bieten wir Billard und Darts mit Schlafgelegenheit und Wohncouch. Im Garten bieten wir Ihnen Mobiliar und Sitzgelegenheit mit Grill und Spielplatz in ruhiger Lage Parkmöglichkeit am Haus. Mitbenutzung unseren privaten beheizten Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Infrarotwärmekabine und Freizeitraum mit Kicker, Billard und Air-Hockey das im Nachbargebäude liegt ca. 20 m entfernt von der Ferienwohnung. Nur 1 km entfernt liegt ein unser privater Fischweiher sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen mit eigenen Tretboot auf Anfrage auch Angelmöglichkeit.
