The house's own spring supplies the house with the best drinking water. Solar thermal energy and wood heating provide CO2-neutral heat. For charging your electric vehicle, we offer a wallbox - electric filling station - with green electricity directly at the house. The apartment and the area are unsuitable for families with children under 5 years of age.

Mitten im Wald gelegen, zwischen zwei Bächen, genießen Sie einmalige Ruhe und frische Waldluft. Ob Sie wandern oder mit dem Fahrrad die reizvolle Umgebung erkunden, gemütlich auf Sofa oder Liegestuhl ein gutes Buch lesen oder den Eisvögeln vom Balkon aus zusehen - Sie werden die Ruhe und Einsamkeit in Mitten der Natur genießen. Die eigene Quelle versorgt das Haus mit bestem Trinkwasser. Solarthermie und Holzheizung sorgen für CO2 neutrale Wärme. Für die Beladung Ihres E- Fahrzeug bieten wir eine Wallbox - E-Tankstelle- mit Ökostrom direkt am Haus an. Für Familien mit Kindern unter 5 Jahren ist die Wohnung und das Gelände ungeeignet.
