Here in Malmsjöberg, Fållökna, you have a real holiday paradise only 300 meters from a lovely swimming area with jetties down by lake Nedingen. The cottage is situated high up, surrounded by lawn and lovely flower beds. The cottage has been renovated in stages and is fresh and cosy. You enter a hall that is adjacent to the family room where you have seating areas and a cozy wood burning stove, firewood is available in the house. There is a TV in the living room with Swedish channels. The kitchen is open plan and has a nice dining area by the window and is fully equipped, but you wash the dishes by hand. There are two bedrooms in the house, one of which has a double bed and the other has a single bed that converts into a double bed, which provides a comfortable bed for two people. The biggest asset is the wonderful terrace that is under a roof where you can enjoy nature both morning and evening, an outer part of the terrace is without a roof which might suit you who are sun worshippers. Grilling belongs to the summer and here is a charcoal grill ready and waiting. May we suggest that you have your afternoon coffee on the patio, which is located on a height where you have a lovely view of the lake. The area around Nedingen provides space for more than sun and swimming. There are several nature reserves around the lake and you can easily connect to the Sörmlandsleden where Malmköping has a stage that is 10 km and it goes through the nature reserve in Malma and over Plevnahöjden, very beautiful to see and well marked trail with good maintenance. Malmköping is approx. 6 km from the cabin and here you can stock up and stroll around the small town which during the summer comes alive with numerous markets and events. Stockholm is within reach, approx. 1.5 hours by car.

Hier in Malmsjöberg, Fållökna, erwartet Sie ein wahres Urlaubsparadies, nur 300 m von einem schönen Badebereich mit Stegen unten am See Nedingen entfernt. Das Ferienhaus liegt erhöht und umgeben von Rasenfläche und schönen Blumenbeeten. Das Ferienhaus wurde schrittweise renoviert und ist hell und gemütlich. Sie betreten einen Flur, der an das Familienzimmer angrenzt, wo Sie Sitzbereiche und einen gemütlichen Holzofen haben. Brennholz ist im Haus vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit schwedischen Sendern. Die Küche ist offen gestaltet, gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen schönen Essbereich am Fenster, aber Sie spülen hier das Geschirr von Hand. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus; eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit einem Einzelbett, das in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann und somit Platz für zwei Personen bietet. Der größte Vorteil des Hauses ist die wunderschöne, überdachte Veranda, auf der Sie von morgens bis abends die Natur genießen können. Ein äußerer Teil der Fläche ist nicht überdacht, was für Sonnenanbeter geeignet sein könnte. Grillen gehört zum Sommer und hier steht ein Holzkohlegrill bereit.
