Kinder und Hunde willkommen! Gerne wird das Haus auch für einen Rückzug zu Teamarbeit oder Kunstprojekte genutzt. Im Schatten der Feigenbäume frühstücken, über den wilden Coiron wandern, in der hellen, voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche regionale Köstlichkeiten von den Wochenmärkten zaubern, in den nahen Flüssen baden, auf den weitläufigen Sonnen-Terrassen grillen und chillen und im Abendrot schöne Weine der Region genießen , - das ist Mirabel. Das Haus bietet: - Eine große helle Wohn-Küche - (42m2) mit Gasherd, Backofen und großzügiger Arbeitsfläche, von leidenschaftlichen HobbyköchInnen ausgestattet und geht über ins sonnige Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch. Auf gleicher Ebene gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügelset, Staubsauger etc. sowie ein zweites WC. Aus der Küche tritt man direkt auf den Terrassenbereich: - kleine Terrasse 1 mit Sitzgruppe - ideal fürs Diner. Sonne bis zum späten Nachmittag und nachts beleuchtet. Daneben die - größere Terrasse 2 - ebenfalls mit Sitzgruppe, bietet frühere Sonne und auch tagsüber Schatten. Auf der .- unteren Terrasse 3 mit dem Mosaiktisch ist der gemauerte Holzkohlegrill. Etage mit den Zimmern. - Auf Wunsch kann noch eine kleine Anliegerwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, (Doppel und Einzelbett) Bad und Wohnküche (Gasherd, Waschmaschine etc) dazugemietet werden. - Der obere Garten lädt zum Entspannen unter dem Nussbaum ein. Hier hat man eine atembraubende Sicht über das Dorf ins Tal. Trotz romantischer Naturnähe muss man nicht auf Komfort verzichten: Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Ess- und Kochgeschirr - Bügelausstattung fordern keine Kompromisse. Unsere Eltern haben das Anwesen in den 70ern als Ruine gekauft und über die Jahre im authentischen Stil des denkmalgeschützten Ortes auf- und ausgebaut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Lange von uns selbst und unseren Freunden bewohnt, hat das Haus eine eigene Seele entwickelt, in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. Ein ausführliches Gästebuch vor Ort bietet Ihnen Tipps und hilft, sich schnell zurecht zu finden. Spartipps: Je länger die Mietdauer, desto günstiger wirds für Sie.
