Welcome to this central accommodation on the second floor which is part of a villa. Here you have access to the entire second floor, which consists of two almost identical apartments, this is the perfect solution for those of you who want to be together but still have your own door to close around you. In one of the apartments there is room for all of you at both the dinner table and the TV corner. Here you live in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance to the summer town's city with all that it entails, such as market stalls, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. It is also walking distance to the newly built, very nice and popular beach promenade at Ålevik and Långevik's bathing areas. Valbodalen's harbor with the many boathouses that climb up the rocks and on the island outside there are also nice baths there. There is also a small child-friendly beach here. Along the promenade there are several nice places to sit and grill with a lovely view of Brofjorden's salty water. Via the main entrance to the villa, you take the stairs up to the second floor where your accommodation is located. Here you are first met by a hall, here is the shared toilet and the exit to the small balcony. The apartments are located on each side of the hall, once inside you are met in both apartments by complete kitchens with dining table, stove, microwave, fridge, small freezer, coffee maker and high chair. From the kitchen you enter a combined living room and bedroom, in one apartment there is a comfortable sofa, TV and a large lovely double bed, in the other apartment there are armchairs, a sofa bed and two single beds. In the basement there is a newly built shower and toilet, here is also the villa's laundry room, which you share with the owner, who from time to time lives on the villa's first floor. Shares with the owner also apply to the nice garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Here in peace and quiet you can enjoy good meals, conversation or a moment's rest. The apartments have WiFi connection. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea.
