You will feel the rustic charm of the antic Mallorca from the spectacular terrace of this impressive town house. It offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table where you can enjoy an appetiser and admire the beautiful mountain views. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach or making an excursion, enjoying a glass of champagne under the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around. The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style with wooden beams and stone walls here and there, spotted by some more modern corners. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has 5 bedrooms, with AC and a wardrobe each of them, and three bathrooms. There is a twin bed bedroom on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor: one with two twin beds, and the other with a double bed and the only access to the chill-out terrace. The second floor offers the last two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is one bathroom on each floor, two with a bath and a bidet each and the last one with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. S'Arracó is a little village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a little valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. So this is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking excursions. The sea also is near, about 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it also is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The village offers the basic services for an independent stay. You will have to visit the beautiful town of Andratx for anything else. You cannot miss either the luxurious port of Andratx and be delighted by the wonderful views. Von der spektakulären Terrasse dieser beeindruckenden Liegenschaft aus lässt sich ein Hauch Mallorcas von längst vergangener Tage erahnen. Während Sie den Blick schweifen lassen, nehmen Sie doch auf einen der bequemen Sofas oder Lehnsesseln Platz die Ihnen dieser Ruheort offeriert und genießen Sie einen wohlschmeckenden Aperitif unter einen der Sonnenschirme. Sobald die Sonne untergegangen ist und die Luft allmählich kühler wird, entspannen Sie am besten nach einem anstrengenden Badetag oder einem Ausflug mit einem Glas Champagner unter Sternen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Dorf und damit in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Das dreistöckige Haus wartet mit einem Stilmix von hölzernen Dachbalken, Steinwänden und Moderne auf. Der einladende Wohnbereich im unteren Stockwerk verfügt über einen Esstisch, zwei Armsesseln und ein Sofa auf welchem man gemütlich vor dem Fernseher liegen und sich dabei von der Klimaanlage abkühlen lassen kann (oder sich an den kälteren Tagen vor den Holzofenkamin kuschelt). Anschließend daran befindet sich die große Küche mit Gasherd, welche ein Kochen auch im Urlaub wie zu Hause möglich macht. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Das großzügige Dorfhaus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, jedes davon vollklimatisiert und mit Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, sowie 3 Badezimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich im untersten Stockwerk und verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer finden Sie im ersten Stock, wobei sich in einem davon 2 Einzelbetten und im anderen ein Doppelbett befinden. Die übrigen 2 Schlafräume, beide jeweils mit Doppelbett ausgestattet, befinden sich im 2.Stock. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne, welche im untersten sowie im ersten Stock angesiedelt sind, und 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche im 2 Stock. Wenn Sie mit einem Kleinkind anreisen stellen wir Ihnen selbstverständlich einen Hochstuhl sowie ein Babybett zur Verfügung. SÀrracó ist eine kleine Ortschaft im Südwesten von Mallorca, zugehörig zu der Gemeinde Andratx, welche sich in einem kleinen Tal eingebettet am Fuß des Tramuntana Gebirges befindet. Grund genug für viele Wanderer hier Ihren Ausflugsroute entweder per pedes oder am Rad zu beginnen. Das Meer befindet sich lediglich 4.1 km entfernt in Sant Elm und ist daher auch für Badeurlauber ideal. La espaciosa casa de 3 plantas ofrece un peculiar estilo tradicional con vigas de madera y paredes de piedra, salpicado a su vez de rincones más modernos. El acogedor salón, en la planta baja, ofrece dos sillones y un sofá donde poder ver la TV mientras nos refrescamos con el aire acondicionado (o entramos en calor junto a la estufa de leña en los días más fríos), y una mesa de comedor.
