Our newly built holiday home is centrally located in Büsum, close to the beach and in a quiet area. The house is newly built and is cozy, bright, exclusive, high-quality, and lovingly furnished, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of comfort and quality of living. The holiday home has three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds with adjustable head and foot sections, bedside tables, wardrobes, and televisions. The third bedroom has two single beds with adjustable head and foot sections, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a television. The open-plan kitchen/living area features a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, blender, Tassimo machine, and everything else you might need. The dining area includes a dining table with chairs. In the living area, you can relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen television. A stereo system with CD player and radio, as well as Wi-Fi, are also available. We accept no liability for Wi-Fi disruptions or outages. Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a hairdryer. The ground-floor bathroom also has a heated towel rail. Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten mit verstellbarem Kopf- und Fußende, Nachtischen, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Die offene Wohnküche verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Toaster,Eierkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, sowie einer Tassimo und alles was man zusätzlich benötigt. Der Essbereich verfügt über einem Esstisch mit Stühlen. Im Wohnbereich können Sie es sich auf dem Sofa vor dem Flachbildschirmfernseher gemütlich machen. Es steht Ihnen auch eine Stereoanlage mit CD und Radio, sowie Wlan zur Verfügung. Bei Ströungen des Wlans, sowie Ausfall, übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Die beiden Badezimmer sind mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche, einem Waschtisch und WC, sowie Fön ausgestattet. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen Handtuchheizkörper. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm, sowie Liegen. Falls Sie Fahrräder mitbringen sollten, können Sie diese gerne in der Gemeinschaftsgarage abstellen. Es steht Ihnen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ( dieser befindet sich im Nachbarhaus )zur Verfügung.
