The Factory was a project focused on the transformation of a previously developed industrial space into a bold, urban living environment. The design also features a collection of bespoke furniture and lighting pieces—such as a dining table, pendants, wall sconce, coffee table, and entrance bench—each crafted in collaboration with local artisans, adding a layer of authenticity and uniqueness to the space. It has a private roof terrace with trees all in a designed space.
