There’s a paradox that I haven’t given a name yet but basically the better a property, the less interesting the description will be. The reason being that the photos will do the heavy-lifting and you will see fairly quickly how good said property is. . Today’s house being an excellent case in point, the photos do a far better job of selling it than any words of mine could have done. But I still need to fill up some space here so what to do? I could tell you that it’s located next to the town of Betera in a neighbourhood called Torre en Conill, which translated means Rabbit Towers. That’s kind of fun I suppose, reminds me of a joke that used to make me cackle when I was a wee boy (far too long to post here but it involves a talking rabbit and toasted sandwiches).. That little meander has taken up some space and now all that’s left is to reinforce here what you are already thinking by looking at the photos. This is a very very good property, and personally I think the size of the plot is perfect, not too big, not too small. Nice and modern, quality materials everywhere you look which again you will see in the photos. A good location not far from various international schools and a short drive into Valencia city, this is one of the more impressive properties we’ve seen in a while. La razón es que las fotos harán el trabajo pesado y verá con bastante rapidez qué tan buena es dicha propiedad.. Siendo la casa de hoy un excelente ejemplo, las fotos hacen un mejor trabajo para venderla que cualquier palabra mía. Pero todavía necesito llenar algo de espacio aquí, ¿qué debo hacer? Te podría decir que está situado junto al pueblo de Bétera en un barrio llamado Torre en Conill, que traducido significa Torres del Conejo. Supongo que es algo divertido, me recuerda a un chiste que me hacía reír a carcajadas cuando era un niño pequeño (demasiado largo para publicarlo aquí, pero se trata de un conejo parlante y sándwiches tostados).. Ese pequeño meandro ha ocupado algo de espacio y ahora solo queda reforzar aquí lo que ya estás pensando mirando las fotos. Esta es una propiedad muy, muy buena, y personalmente creo que el tamaño de la parcela es perfecto, ni demasiado grande ni demasiado pequeño. Bonitos y modernos, materiales de calidad por donde mires, que de nuevo verás en las fotos. Una buena ubicación no muy lejos de varias escuelas internacionales y a un corto trayecto en coche de la ciudad de Valencia, esta es una de las propiedades más impresionantes que hemos visto en mucho tiempo.
