Its located in Serra, 40 minutes from the city, and 25 from the beach. So in return for having to listen to one or 2 more songs on the radio on the way home, what does that get you?. . Pretty amazing price, in today’s market.. 4 bedrooms . Garden with BBQ area. Garage/storage. Views of the city and the sea. No renovation needed. . Apart from that appalling floor, this is a perfect apartment. Serra is very popular as a getaway from the city for walkers and hikers, so this has excellent potential as a short-term rental earner. And the attraction here isn’t seasonal, as it is with a beach property. People come to Serra in the summer to escape the heat of course, but equally in the winter. (We don’t really have a Spring and Autumn any longer, but if we did you could add them to the list). So this little town always has a nice buzz of activity.. . Yes, it is that little bit too far out of the city to consider for year-round living for most people, but as a holiday apartment – particularly if you are more of a walking-in-the-hills type of person rather than lying-on-the-beach, this is a really good option. Can’t you imagine yourself here on long evenings looking out at that view after a nice long mountain hike while trying to ignore the tiling under your feet?

Un requisito común para nuestros clientes es que la propiedad esté a 30 minutos de la ciudad y a 20 minutos de la playa. Bueno, aqui este no es el caso. Está ubicado en Serra, a 40 minutos de la ciudad y a 25 de la playa. Entonces, a cambio de tener que escuchar una o dos canciones más en la radio de camino a casa, ¿qué mas consigues?. . Un precio bastante sorprendente, en el mercado actual.. 4 habitaciones. Jardín con zona de barbacoa. Garaje/trastero. Vistas de la ciudad y el mar. No necesita reformas. . Aparte de ese piso espantoso, este es un apartamento perfecto. Serra es muy popular como escapada de la ciudad para caminantes y excursionistas, por lo que tiene un excelente potencial como fuente de ingresos de alquiler a corto plazo. Y el atractivo aquí no es estacional, como lo es con una propiedad de playa. La gente viene a Serra en verano para escapar del calor, por supuesto, pero también en invierno. (Realmente ya no tenemos primavera y otoño, pero si los tuviéramos, podrías agregarlos a la lista). Por eso, en esta pequeña ciudad siempre hay un agradable ambiente de actividad.. . Sí, está un poco lejos de la ciudad como para que la mayoría de la gente lo considere un lugar donde vivir todo el año, pero como apartamento de vacaciones, sobre todo si eres de los que prefiere caminar por las colinas en lugar de tumbarse en la playa, es una muy buena opción. ¿No te imaginas aquí durante las largas tardes contemplando esa vista después de una agradable y larga caminata por la montaña mientras intentas ignorar el suelo de baldosas bajo tus pies?
