The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an architectural monument, which is unique in Saxony. The architectural style is neo-romantic. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Baudenkmals, das in Sachsen einzigartig ist. Der Baustil ist neoromanisch. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in der Stadtmitte Waldheims. Zum Marktplatz sind es ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig, dort sind Gasthäuser, Restaurants, Eiscafe und die wichtigsten Versorgungseinrichtungen vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, Geschirr, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind genauso vorhanden, wie Flachbildfernseher, Stereoanlage,Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, einem Wohn-/Schafraum mit einer komfortablen Schlafcouch und dem Wohnzimmer mit einer weiteren Schlafcouch, diese stammen jeweils von einem Hersteller, der diese als sogenannte Dauerschläfer entwickelt hat.
