Because of a longer trip, we are renting out our single-family home in Wilsdruff. It is a typical family home in a nice neighborhood setting. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces on the property and, if necessary, a car for rent. The garden includes a trampoline, a log cabin sauna, a plunge pool fed by a natural pond and a play area with a swing and play tower. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with an open kitchen and fireplace (wood supply available) and a room with its own bathroom (see floor plan). On the upper floor there are typically 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are offered furnished, but the bedroom on the ground floor can be used as a study.

Wegen einer längeren Reise vermieten wir unser Einfamilienhaus in Wilsdruff. Es handelt sich um ein typisch familiäres Einfamilienhaus in netter nachbarschaftlicher Umgebung. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es 2 Außenstellpätze und, bei Bedarf, ein Auto zur Mitmiete. Zum Garten gehören wahlweise ein Trampolin, eine Blockhaussauna, ein Tauchbecken gespeist von einem Naturteich und eine Spielfläche nebst Schaukel und Spielturm. Das Erdgeschoß bietet ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Kamin (Holzvorrat vorhanden) und ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (siehe Grundriss). Im Obergeschoß finden sich klassischerweise 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Alle Zimmer werden möbliert angeboten, eine Nutzung als Arbeitszimmer bietet sich v.a. im Schlafzimmer im EG an.
