We are renting out our high-quality, spacious, and light-filled apartment in the beautiful and quiet area of Berlin-Friedrichshagen for a limited period (October 2024 to mid-March 2025). The apartment features an approximately 60 sqm living/dining area with an open kitchen, an approximately 25 sqm children’s room with a bunk bed and one extra bed, an approximately 12 sqm bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and freestanding bathtub, a guest toilet, and a storage room with a washing machine. Additionally, the apartment includes a balcony, a 50 sqm rooftop terrace, and a private garden area. The apartment is rented fully furnished and ideal for a Family but we can change the Kids room to an Office. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The Müggelsee begins at the end of the street, about 800 meters away. Tram, S-Bahn, and shopping facilities (supermarket, organic markets, restaurants, and many small shops) are just around the corner. Friedrichshagen is located in a green area, surrounded by nature, yet Berlin city center is only 35 minutes away by S-Bahn, and Ostkreuz (Friedrichshain) is less that 20 minutes away. Bicycles can be included. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen ca. 60 qm großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, ein ca. 25 qm großes Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett plus ein Ausziehbett (3 Kinder möglich), ein ca. 12 qm großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großes Bad mit Dusche, WC und freistehender Badewanne, ein Gäste-WC sowie eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine. Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung ein Balkon, eine 50 qm große Dachterrasse und ein eigener Gartenanteil in einem großen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und ist ideal für eine Familie, wir können das Kinderzimmer aber auch gegen ein Arbeitszimmer tauschen. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich. Der Müggelsee beginnt am Ende der Straße, ca. 800m entfernt. Tram, S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Biomärkte, Eiscafés, Restaurants und viele kleine Geschäfte) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Friedrichshagen liegt im Grünen, umgeben von Wasser und Wäldern, aber auch Berlin-City ist nur 35 min mit der S-Bahn entfernt, Ostkreuz (Friedrichshain) 20 min. Fahrräder können inkludiert werden.
