The Residence is part of the program Destination Charging the Tesla and will provide its guests in 2017 a pioneering service: charging station for electric cars (two wall TESLA connectors of 11 kW each, customer service).This beautiful apartment could be located or on the ground floor or on the first floor and has an area of about 47 m². The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. The living room has a 2-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. All apartments are comfortable and modern and have central heating, a safe deposit box and a TV with satellite connection. From the terrace, complete with tables and chairs, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and sea.News: For the 2024 season, all bed mattresses will be replaced with new Dorelan mattresses.The holiday complex is situated directly on the beach of Lake Idro. From the complex you can enjoy a view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sports opportunities in the area including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking and trekking. On a sightseeing flight you can enjoy the surroundings from the air or why not explore the natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie by bicycle (rental available just 300 meters from the accommodation). There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in this beautiful mountainous area. Of course you can also go on excursions to such places as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan. Dit appartement bevindt zich op een mooi vakantiepark direct aan het schitterende Idromeer. Het kleinschalige complex bestaat uit 22 comfortabele en moderne appartementen omringd door een park. De gasten van het vakantiepark kunnen gebruik maken van het fraaie (verwarmde) zwembad, voorzien van whirlpool en kindergedeelte. Hier staat ook tuinmeubilair ter beschikking. Bij de voorzieningen horen ook twee barbecues voor gezamenlijk gebruik, een speeltuin en een wasserette. De gasten kunnen ook gebruik maken van het wellness centrum met sauna, Turks bad en fitness studio. Het complex beschikt over een bar, een grote gezamenlijke ruimte en een receptie waar u te recht kunt voor informatie over de mooiste plekken en bezienswaardigheden in de regio. Er is een eigen parkeerterrein aanwezig.

De badkamer beschikt over een douche, toilet, bidet en haardroger. Alle appartementen zijn comfortabel en modern ingericht en hebben centrale verwarming, een kluis en TV met satellietverbinding. Vanaf het overdekte terras voorzien van tafel en stoelen, kunt u van het schitterende uitzicht over de bergen en het meer genieten.Nieuws: Voor het seizoen 2024 worden alle matrassen van de bedden vervangen door nieuwe Dorelan-matrassen.Het vakantiecomplex ligt direct aan het strand van het Idromeer. Vanaf het complex geniet u van een schitterend uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende bergen. (Dolomieten, Valvestino en de Vooralpen). Er zijn talrijke sporten te beoefenen in de omgeving, zoals windsurfen, zeilen, kitesurfen, mountainbiken, buitenritten te paard en trekking. Ook kunt u het gebied van bovenaf bewonderen tijdens een toeristische vlucht. Op 300 meter afstand kunt u fietsen huren om de schitterende omgeving verkennen, zoals de natuurparken: Adamello, Alto Garda en Giudicarie. Er zijn ook voldoende mogelijkheden voor wandelliefhebbers in deze prachtige bergachtige omgeving. Uiteraard zijn er uitstapjes mogelijk, naar bijv. Brescia, Verona, Mantova, Venezia en Milano. Voor advies en boekingen voor toeristische programma´s kunt u terecht bij het receptie van het complex.Het tarief omvat toegang tot het fitnesscentrum, het gebruik van het zwembad (van 18.05.2024 tot 21.09.2024), de speeltuin voor kinderen en de barbecuefaciliteiten. WiFi-internet is beschikbaar in het receptiegebied. De bar op het terrein, exclusief voor bewoners, is geopend in juli en augustus. The complex consists of 22 comfortable and modern apartments, surrounded by a park. Guests have access to a beautiful (heated) pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's area. Garden furniture is also available. Facilities include two grills for common use, a playground for children, a laundry and a wellness center equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath and gym. The complex also has a bar, a large community room and a reception area where you can get information regarding the most beautiful sights and attractions in the region. The Residence is part of the program Destination Charging the Tesla and will provide its guests in 2017 a pioneering service: charging station for electric cars (two wall TESLA connectors of 11 kW each, customer service).This beautiful apartment could be located or on the ground floor or on the first floor and has an area of about 47 m². From the terrace, complete with tables and chairs, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and sea.News: For the 2024 season, all bed mattresses will be replaced with new Dorelan mattresses.The holiday complex is situated directly on the beach of Lake Idro. From the complex you can enjoy a view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sports opportunities in the area including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking and trekking. On a sightseeing flight you can enjoy the surroundings from the air or why not explore the natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie by bicycle (rental available just 300 meters from the accommodation). There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in this beautiful mountainous area. Of course you can also go on excursions to such places as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan. For suggestions and booking of tourist programs you can contact the reception desk in the complex.The rate includes access to the fitness center, usage of the swimming pool (from 18.05.2024 to 21.09.2024), the children's playground, and the barbecue facilities.
