La construction date des années 80 , mais la qualité de type traditionnelle , et les matériaux utilisés sont gages de tranquilité pour encore longtemps ... L'entretien y a été régulier , la seule chose que vous pourriez vouloir faire , concerne la décoration mais là , ce n'est qu'une question de goût , pas une nécessité due à une qualité qui pourrait être moyenne , ce n'est absolument pas le cas .
