Alongside the traditional grape varieties, Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, very aromatic varieties such as Syrah, Mourvèdre, but also Marselan, Caladoc, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon. After a long practice of sustainable viticulture, the vineyard is now certified "High Environmental Value, level 3", giving way to traditional methods, such as mechanical tillage of the soil, respect for the environment, favouring biodiversity and low yields. From 2020, conversion to organic farming (3 years to be planned for the conversion) allowing a better valorisation of the wines, including for the wine trade.

Edificios construidos con belleza y cuidadosamente renovados, completados por la nueva bodega construida en 2003-2004. El actual propietario se ha rodeado de los mejores especialistas para la transformación en profundidad del viñedo, la renovación de los edificios y la construcción de nuevas bodegas. . DENOMINACIONES DE ORIGEN: AOP CÔTES DU ROUSSILLON, IGP CÔTES CATALANES e IGP OC En la actualidad, el viñedo se extiende sobre una treintena de hectáreas, sobre suelos arcillo-calcáreos. El viñedo se reestructuró por completo entre 1999 y 2018, con la posibilidad de una cosecha adicional a partir de 2021. También hay 6 hectáreas de viñas viejas de más de 50 años que añaden caché a la propiedad. Posibilidad de ampliar el viñedo en las cercanías. Junto a las variedades de uva tradicionales, Carignan, Garnacha, Cinsault, variedades muy aromáticas como Syrah, Mourvèdre, pero también Marselan, Caladoc, Merlot y Cabernet-Sauvignon. Tras una larga práctica de la viticultura sostenible, el viñedo cuenta con la certificación de "Alto Valor Medioambiental, nivel 3", dando paso a métodos tradicionales, como el laboreo mecánico del suelo, el respeto al medio ambiente, favoreciendo la biodiversidad y los bajos rendimientos. A partir de 2020, reconversión a la agricultura ecológica (3 años para planificar la reconversión) que permita una mejor valorización de los vinos, incluso para el comercio del vino.
